Estância Velha terá matrículas online para novos alunos da rede municipal
Os estudantes que já fazem parte da rede municipal serão direcionadas à Central de Vagas
A Secretaria Municipal de Educação e Cultura de Estância Velha informa que as matrículas para o ano letivo 2021 serão realizadas de forma totalmente online, para os alunos novos que ainda não estudam na rede municipal e querem ingressar. Já para os estudantes que já fazem parte da rede municipal, as matrículas serão direcionadas à Central de Vagas que fará as devolutivas sobre as vagas às famílias.
Para os alunos do ensino fundamental, a data para a realização das matrículas, será entre os dias 1 a 4 de dezembro de 2020 no link. Já para a educação infantil ocorrerá em três períodos: 1 a 4 de dezembro de 2020, 1 a 31 de março de 2021 e 2 a 31 de agosto de 2021 no link. Aos alunos da Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA) da Escola Municipal de Ensino Fundamental Otávio Rocha, as matrículas também ocorrerão de maneira online no link.
Como proceder
As famílias que não possuem acesso à internet para a realização da inscrição, devem comparecer na Central de Vagas, localizada na avenida Brasil, 1308, no Centro. Assim, poderá ser feito o cadastro online com o auxílio de uma assistente social, mediante marcação prévia de horário, no telefone (51) 3561-1944, de segunda a sexta-feira, das 7h30 às 11h30min e das 13h às 17h. Para a efetivação presencial da matrícula, a escola agendará previamente o comparecimento do aluno na instituição de ensino em que receber a vaga, no mês de fevereiro de 2021.
